Major Impact

My sport bike was sent here after it was stolen and crashed. Let’s just say the crew they have at Major Impact in Carver is an excellent team and they made the whole process easy. One of the tech members even lent me his ratchet straps so I could bring my bike home in my truck AND he was even nice enough to ratchet it down for me (picture included). I would highly recommend the team over at Major Impact over any other Auto Repair Shop… coming from a REAL customer.

A friend of mine recommended major impact to me after I found out I needed to replace a belt and a bad tire pressure sensor in my car. They got me right in and fixed my car. extremely great customer service and the pricing is very fair. I’d come here for all your car needs. I know I am a permanent customer from now on. These guys are amazing! They got me in within five days to fix damage to my car after I was rear-ended. I was in and out within ten days when other repair shops were quoting six weeks to get into the shop. Amy was fantastic every step of the way: polite, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with. She kept me up to date every step of the way and got me in and out just in time for me to visit my brother in NC.
