My wife and I had a great experience with Chaz when trading in our 2018 Forester for a 2020 Telluride. He's honest, friendly, transparent, patient and informative. Chaz had to make sure we were aware that the vehicle was in an accident and had a sensor on the way and let us if the rear view blind mirrors aren't picking up the vehicles to contact him about so he can get it replaced. The sensor came and it was pretty straight forward. I didn't feel pressured to buy the vehicle in his lot and the transaction was very smooth. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a smooth, honest experience.
