They were able to get my vehicle back on the road in great time and for a fair price. It’s a relief to find a shop where the staff is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful I’ll definitely be coming back for any future automotive needs.

Worse dealership experience i ever had. Brought the jeep in for death wobble. Before the guy even looked at it he mouthed off steering dampener like 30 times. A bad steering dampener isnt the cause of wobble. They had the car for 5 seconds and came back like yup steering dampener. Charged me 1200 dollars to remove 2 bolts. I was so blown away. Then he dropped it down to 600 which makes me feel like they're just making up prices. I declined coverage and got charged a whopping 300 dollars for them to tell me something they thought it was because I doubt they even looked at my vehicle. I took it to a 4x4 place and they told me my tires werent balanced. They balanced it and the wobble went away. 60 dollars. Purchased a dampener and a trackbar for 350 dollars and had a shop Install it for free.

Great staff that solve problem quickly and charge reasonable prices. Had a stuck driver seat due to broken parts - it won’t restore to upright position while we had to drive 3 hrs back home later same day. Gave a phone call and Jessie was very nice to fit us in immediately for inspection. The technician Juan was able to unlock and restore the seat quickly and very patient when explaining the cause and which new parts we need to order when getting home so we can avoid the issue for long term.

Nov 2024 This dealer service place is the world excellent service place I ever been with in NYC. It was a time for my oil change and it was easy appointment then when I got there, they knew what I wanted to do with my car. For oil changing, Tires rotation and regular check up, all took around hour and few minutes. They had a guest room that I can sit but sadly no restaurant or place around the area that I can chill out. Anyway I already knew about it since I visited couple times so I bought my power bank and headphone or my laptop to work during waiting time. I really want to say their service is super friendly, professional, work with heart, warm welcome in every worker from the front thought the end. in 2023 I made appointment before I go. It was rainy day and no store or anything near

Been coming here since the service department was on northern boulevard and 46/47th street. Long ago. Always remember me and my family. Friendly and welcoming. Was there last week for some repairs on my Dads minivan. Great service as always
