1. They helped me out by getting the part that I need it really fast. 2. The part that I purchased (ECM) from them was not the problem to fix my truck, and now they won't take it back. No, I was not informed that electrical parts can't be returned . 3. I went over on Saturday around noon and walked around the parking lot looking at the trucks because I'm looking around to trading mine, and not one person came out to help me. After 30 minutes, I walked inside, and nobody greeted me and asked if I needed help.

He was able to accommodate me as we walk in for an oil change and was sure to inform me on time frame/expectations which they exceeded due to his customer service. Thanks Ronald for all your help! Can never seem to get them on the phone, and they never return phone calls. I literally have to show up and stand in front of them saying I need this repair done... I've since found a new shop that treats me with respect and gives me the same quality of work completed at Autonation. There are only two upsides to this place. One is Tim who is always upfront and doesn't oversell, unlike the others.. The second is the free "taxi ride" after dropping your vehicle off, it's not only convenient but saves a few bucks and time instead of waiting on Uber/Lyft when they take you to work, home or wherever and picking you back up too.
