Malless Auto Service - a Main Street Auto shop

I’ve had my car in and out of this shop since November for multiple issues, and I’ve spent over $3,000 in repairs in just three months. Naturally, with that level of investment, I ask questions and want clear communication about what’s going on with my vehicle. The quality of the work itself seems honest, and while I wouldn’t describe the pricing as particularly competitive, it’s not unreasonable either. My main concern has been the customer service experience. One of the phone representatives, Eric, has consistently come across as belittling and irritated when I call. Rather than feeling reassured, I often feel talked down to or corrected in a way that isn’t helpful. Malless Auto Service always gets the job done right. My husband has had his vehicle serviced here twice, and both times they delivered fast, reliable service. So when I started having issues with my own vehicle, there was no question about where I would take it. Once again, they handled everything professionally and efficiently. It’s a great feeling knowing you can count on a shop that truly stands behind their work. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here. My wifes vehicle was damaged by a local tire shop and Malless team was able to get me in quickly to repair the issue. Work was handled cleanly and done right. Will get more of my business if the car has future need of mechanical work.

Malless Auto Service did a great job on my 2001 RAM 1500 truck. I had it towed to them and they replaced a broken belt, flushed the radiator, replaced some defective gaskets which were causing an oil leak problem and they also replaced the fluid in the rear differential. They did all this in one day and it turned out great! Malless always does a great job. In fact, I take my wife's Camry for them to service it when needed. They always do excellent work and they are very professional. For years I tried different mechanics to service my vehicles but, there were always issues and then a friend of ours referred us to Malless a couple of years ago and that was that ! I had a very pleasant experience at Malless Auto Service. They gave great customer service and made the repairs in a timely manner. I will definitely take my car there for service as needed. I really appreciate the fact that they did not make unnecessary up charges, as I have experienced from other auto services. I find them very trustworthy and reasonably priced.
