Malloy Ford of Winchester was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle from start to finish. I was greeted when I walked inside the dealership by Damion and he not only was friendly and welcoming but he wasn't pushing like most dealership salesman. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered in just a little over week once the managers was able to find the exact vehicle, color and options at another dealership. It was easy at first because the other dealerships didn't want to give up this vehicle so easy so they extended their search and was able to come through in a timely manner. Curtis and Ricky the managers that spent time on the search were incredible to work with also and showed great patience and determination in getting me the vehicle

My daughter took her car in due to it pulling to the right. A front end was preform costing her $150. It didn’t fix the issue so they looked at the tires and noted it was pulling due to the tires. The inner portion had the cords showing. Should have checked the tires before preforming a wheel alignment in my opinion.

My opinion of Malloy ford is their service department is a money hungry scam taking advantage of anybody who walks through their doors. We had our f150 diagnosed at a nearby garage who confirmed our issue is under a class action lawsuit, and is free of charge under an extended warranty acknowledged by Ford. They told us to take it to a ford dealership for repair. Our diagnosis through the shop was free, and they sent us with a packet of info on the error code and coverage to bring with us. We called Malloy on our way and they said that they will service the recall, though it may be a couple weeks. When my husband dropped the vehicle off he provided the pamphlet from the garage and they told us they would give us a call in 2-4 weeks. We received a call two days later, and they told us tha

Arrived at Malloy Ford at 7:30am Saturday morning, July 15th, for a state vehicle inspection. I was the first in. Was told since I was first in line, my wait time would be approx. 30 minutes. An hour and a half later they came out to tell me my tag light was out. I told them to replace it so the vehicle would pass inspection. While waiting, several people in the waiting room had a great view of a very heated verbal employee argument, which ended up moving outside the building, after a chase down, rough language, and finger pointing in the faces. Finally at 10 am my vehicle, which was first in line for a state inspection at 7:30am was finally finished. After an extensive search and the use of my vehicle FOB I finally located my vehicle in the parking lot only to discover I couldnt get into
