Exceptional service! They went above amd beyond, I didn't have to concern myself about anything with the repairs or communications between insurance, shop and rental. They updated me timely and were kind and professional. All of the stars for Momones. Highly recommend!

I would have liked to give Mamone's a 5-star review as I previously had an excellent experience at their shop. This time, it was not. There was miscommunication between the owner and his son which resulted in confusion and some embarrassment for me. There was also the feeling that I was not as important a customer as others. When my car was "finished", it was dirty inside and out, several papers were thrown on the floor of my backseat, and my front bumper did not fit right. When I mentioned this, the owner wanted to put my car on a lift; the son did not and told me that the bumper would eventually "relax" into place. It did not. I can’t even begin to explain how this company went above and beyond. Lauren is absolutely amazing and so helpful. Frank also has been amazing. From a stressful accident that happened by another person and not wanting to provide insurance information. I highly recommend this company because they actually care about their customers and not just the money… You all rock and deserve 1000 stars.

I was recommended to Mamone's by Mike Valente of the Auto Shop. They called me personally, made sure everything went smoothly and took the bull by the horns, ensuring everything was successful. 5 stars doesn't do them enough as I will always bring my vehicles to them and recommend anyone else to do so. This auto shop has wonderful service and great people that work there! If you ever need any body work done on your vehicle I would definitely go to these guys. I'd give them a 10 stars if Google let me😊❤
