Great service! By far the best rental car customer service experience. It was easy to book & questions were always quickly answered. We picked up and dropped off after 10pm at the airport, having already uploaded insurance and DL info it was just pick up and go. We booked an older basic car, it was clean & just as advertised. If you want to save some money & time on a car rental I highly recommend Manaloha.

Manaloha Rent a Car is great - as long as you know what you are getting into with the cars. You are renting an older used car. Ours was an older model (I think 2007) Toyota Sienna with about 150,000 miles on it. Is it pristine? No. Is it beat up a bit? Yes. Is it in similar shape as some of my own vehicles that have had 150,000+ miles on them? Yes. I'm willing to drive my own car with 150,000 miles on it, so I don't know why I can't drive an older vehicle when visiting Hawaii. I don't need a brand new car if I can save hundreds of dollars. Pick-up is super easy. You walk 20 yards across the street from the airport to the main parking lot and the car is right there. Easy lockbox code and you get the key and drive away. Manaloha was great and the process was easy. Your car is actually reserved, so you know you'll for sure have a car on the date you select. They are very timely on their responses. The pick up and drop off process at the airport was very easy and convenient. Yes it is an older car, but it worked perfectly and was clean. If I go back to Hawaii, I will be using Manaloha.

This company really saved us. We had a medical emergency in the family and had to redo our Costco package. Once that was done, the rental car was dropped from the reservation. To get a new car from a regular car rental company would have costed us several thousand dollars for 5 days in Maui between Christmas and New Years. Manaloha rented us a cute little car for a very reasonable price. It was very easy to pick up the car from the airport, no paperwork, no waiting in line, just go to the car, retrieve a key, and drive away. We’re very thankful!

We had recently rented a car, and we definitely have mixed thoughts. To start with - the ease of using this company was very good. The car was where they said it would be waiting for us, and we didn't have to worry at all about our late flight coming in. That peace of mind was great. Drop off, etc, was very easy too. I liked the service overall, no problems there. What left us a bit frustrated though was the vehicle itself. It was just a racket. The timing belt was so squeaky, almost embarrassingly so. And the front end of the vehicle felt like it was going to fall off any time we hit any sort of little bump. My husband also had no extra head room and hit his head numerous times. We had requested a newer Corolla/similar type vehicle, and got a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. This was what our budget
