Worst Ever Experience I Had at this supposably Auto Shop. Took my vehicle back in may 27th For Ac Service & Repair Got it back August 25th 3 Months After completion. I don’t know what this guy was doing with my vehicle, kept telling working on it until finally done. Charges for Repair came out outrageous, seems to me this mando individual is Hungry for Money. I took my Vehicle back this afternoon Because it had codes didn’t have before. Looks like he power pressure inside of my engine & some hoses were loose Also I has PARTS that we’re MISSING in my vehicle. This place is an absolute joke. Guy goes by the name of Tony. He has been holding my sister’s car since mid January. Claims it’s the only car he is working on but accidentally called her to tell her the car was ready, he called the wrong client. We’ve gotten excuse after excuse from this man. Now he isn’t answering or returning calls. At this point, we need the car back and a complete refund. Reporting him to the better business bureau.

On November 19, 2024, I entrusted my vehicle to Mando’s Automotive for extensive engine repairs. The shop owner provided a repair estimate of $6,000, for which I paid a $3,000 deposit, with the understanding that the work would be completed within 3 weeks. The agreed-upon repairs included replacing piston rings, connecting rod bearings, resurfacing fuel injectors, and addressing issues with cylinder 3’s heads and valves. December 2024: The shop requested additional money to complete the repair, claiming the need to order more parts from Audi. January 28, 2025: The owner confirmed receiving the necessary parts, February 7th he stated he had an emergency and had to leave the country. Mando is one of the best and honest mechanic out here in the High Desert. Me and my Family have been taking our vehicles in to get repaired and serviced at his shop and prices are always fair and moderate. Would definitely recommend his service to others.

Mando is our trusty mechanic since 2014. He is honest and professional. I highly recommend his business!!!
