Mango Automotive & Diesel

I've used Mango Automotive for repairs on my 2013 VW Turbo Beetle and 2020 Honda Ridgeline. The Bug was leaking oil and needed an oil change (and probably more, which made me nervous). Come to find out the water pump had issues and the leak wasn't as straight forward as we hoped. This was all during Thanksgiving '24 when we had decided to spend our holidays at a Mexican resort. Victor and his crew assured that the initial oil change would occur after the other issues would be handled and only move forward with my approval (he had sent me texts that described price, timeline and photos). This eased my concerns that his team and him were capable of handling the "issues" and reporting back to me via text while were out of the Country. We arrived back in NM a few weeks later and found out that

I had a great experience at Mango Automotive. They agreed to take on a speciality project with my Jeep and installed automatic raising and lowers steps and a manual sway bar disconnect package. Victor and Eddie took care of my unique project and I appreciated it!

My engine light for my Prius came on and no one seemed available to check my car until next week at the earliest. I called Mango Automotive, not feeling very hopeful, and described my car and the code it was throwing (2012 Prius V, code P0304) Victor told me to come right in. He was able to take my car back immediately and took the time to go over what was needed and the cost etc. I had it back the next day. Not only that, but he was compassionate, gentle and reassuring. He arranged for my transportation home and then back the next day when my car was ready. I felt very taken care of, and I am so grateful to have found my go-to place for all my car needs (and who I'll recommend to everyone who needs car repairs). Thank you Mango Automotive!

The crew is amazing, I was merely passing through and my truck was overheating. They took me in moved me to the top of the line and had me out of there the next day. Due to a parts delay. I could not have been happier. I have a friend that lives in Las Cruces and I gave him your card. He was grateful to know there's a repair shop in town that he could trust. He's new to the area. As far as price, I'm not sure. I don't know what other shops may have got for that particular job but it seemed reasonable to me. If I'm ever in the area again I know where I'm going.

I had a great experience with Mango just two days ago. Coming in from the east, I called ahead -- after reading reviews -- when I realized a directional signal bulb had blown and my wipers needed replacing. They said, "Come right in as soon as you get here." Great customer service, friendly yet professional approach, job done carefully, coffee or tea available in a very pleasant waiting area. Altogether, one of the best experiences ever when I've needed service.
