I had a great experience at Mangold Ford! My salesman, Abe Flynn, did an excellent job helping me find a car that fit comfortably within my budget. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a handshake and introduced himself, which immediately made the experience feel welcoming and professional. Abe made sure I stayed comfortable during the process by offering drinks and snacks, and he never made me feel pressured. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the right vehicle without any stress. I highly recommend asking for Abe if you’re looking for a smooth, friendly car-buying experience!

Great people. As far as dealers go I feel like I got a pretty fair price. Salesman was great to deal with and he negotiated with me on the price. A lot of dealers I had went to wouldn't even think about negotiating. Just about all salesman these days say that that is their final price because of the internet they have to post their lowest price to get people in and they're barely making any money. LOL but trust me that is not true and don't believe it.

My car was disabled in the parking lot of CVS on Sunday evening. I called at opening Monday morning. My car was towed and I rented a car for a week, which was also an amazing price. I I drove the rental car home, and got a call about forty five minutes later. Not only did they locate the reason it wouldn't shift, my car was fixed already! I was offered a rootbeer float while I picked up my car for the price of the rental car I didn't need (and was allowed to cancel). I'll never go anywhere else.

Would not consider replacing a bad Ford EVSE without leaving my Mach-e, even though it charges fine with my second EVSE.
