I don’t normally use this mechanic, but I needed a quick oil change and decided to give them try since it was convenient. Before they even finished the oil change, I received a call saying my vehicle needed over $2,000 worth of work (brakes, two new tires, etc.). Keep in mind that my car was inspected just two months prior. They told me the car was unsafe to drive and even went so far as to say my wife could end up in a ditch on the highway if we continued driving it. Had my Honda Odyssey serviced at their shop for annual inspection. My point person was Matt. They were quick to get me in. They also provided timely updates, particularly when we had some unexpected repairs. They were very knowledgeable about manufacturer recommendations at the mileage my vehicle was at. Also able to find me some discounts on the recommended parts. Would recommend and will come back.
