I've been meaning to write this forever, but Jordan is an amazing mechanic. Very thorough and fair. When he was looking at my car a few months back he was honest about the problems and helped me the same day with one of them. He cares about doing the job right.
My experience with Jordan, at Manic mechanic, was absolutely by far. The best experience I’ve had with a mechanic/auto shop in 20 years!! He resolved a bolt that had broken off at my thermostat Housing, got it drilled out re-tapped and repaired at a very reasonable price! His customer service skills are commendable!! He went completely out of his way to get me my keys so that I could pick up my vehicle at a later time… I will absolutely be using the shops services again and will be recommending Jordan and the work he does to everyone I encounter! Thank you again for a job well done!! Not to mention, well, I will mention, the fact that he told me he would start my truck on a specific date and sure enough he did he communicated effectively and yeah, I’ve got nothing but good things to say.
These guys at Manic Mechanic, especially Jordan, have incredible customer service. Very friendly and understanding, and go above and beyond for their customers. Have been honest and transparent with me about a vehicle I brought in a few years ago. Repeat customer, for sure!
Great shop ,very honest , very helpful . I had problems with my son's car ( he's going to ISU ) and they took extra time to check the car and repair it very quickly . I'm very thankful for their time ,kindness and prompt help with our problem . I would recommend Manic Mechanic to everyone , do not hesitate to go there , shop is very clean , responsible and very reasonable . Five stars all the way !!!
Jordan runs an honest shop and always does a great job. He even helped advise when we were in the market for a new car. He gets us in and out in a timely manner and always with a smile. We love that the shop is downtown so we can grab a coffee while we wait. I gladly recommend to everyone in Poky!
