Paul responded very quick to my inquiry and kept me in the loop as the car was just purchased and was being transported to the Tracy store. Paul understood what i was looking for in a vehicle and provided me the information i needed. We worked through deal upfront and he let me know what my trade in and payment was going to be upfront.Once i worked out my finances we set a date for me to test drive the Focus ST. The staff here are amazing and I can’t thank them enough. Huge shout out to Caleb for making my dreams come true and being SO patient with me. You guys are awesome. My only complaint is that after I bought the car I did have to spent about $900 in parts (plus several hours of my own labor) on Intercooler hoses, alternator, and belt tensioner within the first week. But after that, the truck was solid. I had an idea while I was checking out the engine bay but I didn’t realize I’d have to immediately drop that much money. Overall, service is great, but if you come here please bring a handy friend or mechanic to inspect the vehicle before you purchase.
