I’ve been coming here for multiple years, he’s even watched my kids grow up and I have referred over 20+ people because I truly believed in the quality of the work. I’ve never complained and have always tipped on top of what I was charged, which is why this experience was so disappointing. When I raised a concern about how my car looked, I was told, “Well just don’t pay or come back,” and he drove off without even saying goodbye. I even called back to try to gain understanding of why he was so rude, but he was very rude again about the situation, which only confirmed for me that this was not handled with the professionalism or respect. Paid $40 for a $20 job . First of all I had to tell him to come back and vacuum my backseat because he didn’t even move the booster seat. There are still spots on my car that was missed. I will not be back . Everyone you’re better off supporting the car wash on Randleman Rd. My front seats floor are still dirty and my backseat floors is still dirty . If you cannnot handle washing and vacuuming cars by yourself then my suggestion would be to hire a team to help. He was rushing and it looks like a rushed job. 0/10 do not recommend!
