My truck was in bad shape yesterday and I had no idea what was wrong. I was told these guys were good and honest. I called, they answered, they were nice and jumped right on it. Fixed it and everything I asked for and didn't rip me off. I'm excited I've found these guys. I highly recommend them!

They had me at "I think your shocks are fine for now"! :) I decided to try out the newly opened Mansfield Motors, and I highly recommend them; scheduling was easy, the folks behind the desk were friendly and helpful, and prices were right inline with what I'm used to spending. And yes, most importantly, when I came in thinking maybe my van was hitting the bumps hard and that at 105K miles it might be time to replace the shocks, they took a look and said repairs weren't needed. (They also called to ask more questions about what made me think the shocks might need service.) To me, that's an indicator they're trustworthy, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!
