I went to Mansfield Tire Bros after being recommended by a friend, and I’m glad I did. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Fares and Cassy were both great to work with. I wanted to put a lift, wheels, and tires on my truck to achieve a certain look, but I honestly didn’t know exactly what parts were needed to make it happen. I showed Cassy a picture of a truck I wanted mine to look like, and she shared it with Fares. They quickly put together a quote and walked me through everything. Within a week, my truck was finished—and it actually looked even better than I imagined. The price was very reasonable, the wheel alignment is perfect, and my tire pressure light is finally gone! My son came home on a weekend leave to pick up his car to drive back to his duty station. Stopped by Sam’s club to see about tires the gentleman there was very friendly and helpful. He reached out to tire brothers who thank God had his tires. They were about to close but waited on my son understanding his situation. Thanked him for his service gave him his military discount and had him back on the road in 30 minutes. And the price was very reasonable. When you walk in your greeted with a smile

This place has been a nightmare from the time I walked in there to get an alignment done on Tuesday the 24th... Corey "the lead tech" was very cocky about how he has serviced vehicles like mine plenty of times and would have no problem what's so ever with my vehicle. After my vehicle was taken back by Corey "the lead tech" he spent about an hour supposedly doing an alignment and then came out and said it's all good to go and that the steering wheel is crooked a little like it was when I took it in there but it'll fix itself after 50 miles because of the electronics but wouldn't you know after 50 miles it didn't fix itself and it still had the same symptoms of being out of alignment like before I took it in there and paid 174 dollars. Great experience ended up having all 4 tires I needed. Then they went above and beyond when I had to immediately return with a flat. They pulled it in and found a leak in the sidewall of the used tire I just bought meaning (not patchable). The manager made things right no questions asked and replaced the tire completely. I’ll definitely be going back for future services.
