Easiest car-buying experience of my life, even with my partner having to liaison for me. They got the paperwork ready to go and all I had to do was sign when they brought the vehicle to my apartment! My questions regarding the vehicle and paperwork were answered quickly via text, which was much appreciated. The entire process was so smooth and stress-free, and I cannot recommend Manson Motors more highly for their excellent customer service and willingness to work with my personal communication requirements. The car I purchased was exactly as described and pictured, and despite the e-brake crapping out just a few days after purchase, I actually trust it was merely unfortunate timing (rather than something that was trying to be concealed by a shady dealer). Overall, I am super pleased!
Highly recommend giving these guys a call! If you're looking for a used vehicle or getting it serviced in or around the Merrimack county these guys are where it's at! I traded in my old volvo that needed work and made a deal on a Subaru, ready to go! Very professional, trustworthy and honest! When shopping for a used car or need a tune up, check them out! Very quick and easy!! I totally recommend this place if you are looking for something to get into a new car within an hour, he works so fast he did all the processing work in front of us and explained everything very nicely to us! i have sat at dealership for 3 hours just for them to tell me i wasn’t approved, and Manson Motors did a credit check and i got approved within seconds just sitting right there with him! Thank so much Manson Motors for getting me and my family in this new car, we are so grateful for you!!
