Many Collision Center

Took my truck in with hail damage. Two week job according to the adjuster. Never would answer my phone calls, went by several times and they said my truck would be ready anytime, I had to show them to the dents still in it. Kept my truck for 9 months, got it back without an inspection sticker and water coming in the top of the cab the first time I drove it in the rain. I wouldn't take a bicycle to them to paint. Poor service, poor workmanship. They should shut their doors down if they can't do better than that.

Unprofessional and NEVER kept me informed about my vehicle. I had to call and get a update to see if it was ready. Not only that but I had to take my vehicle back after it was allegedly fixed. They just threw my stuff together and hoped I wouldn't notice. I also have debris in my paint. I could go on and on about my experience with this shop. I will never ever do business again with this shop and I do not recommend it. Oh and one more thing, the lady that works there be having a little attitude that is uncalled for. Just find another shop unless you are friends with the owner.

Doesn't answer phone calls. (I'm currently trying to call and have been) Doesn't inform you. Delayed. Doesn't update. Very unprofessional. Does inspection stickers. Does collision repair. Body work.

This place NEVER!! KEEPS YOU INFORMED about YOUR VEHICLE 🤔 customer service is very poor. WILL NOT USE AGAIN,!! When checking on your vehicle nobody seems to know what's happening??? Even confused at times. After picking up my vehicle I noticed some things not fixed properly. Also owner wasn't there when I picked it up or even called to see if everything looked right 🙄

Tried twice to get inspection sticker Found out I need cash . So I went and got cash. Showed up a little before 12. The sign on the door says lunch at 12. Wouldn't help me. Couldn't take 5 or 10 minutes to do an inspection sticker.
