Maples Automotive

I have been taking both of my cars to Maples automotive. I find their service to be outstanding. Their work is done with great pride and every detail is given attention. I especially appreciate they itemize every item of work to be done listing the part and labor cost and require customer approval for each item. Their business could not be more transparent plus they do fantastic work. I brought them my 1997 ford F250 which is my fun work truck but had numerous problems. When Maples finished with it the truck ran like new. I can’t say enough about Maples. It is comforting to see we still have family run businesses that exemplify amazing customer service and transparency in pricing. Excellent service from Birchie, Blevins, Skip and the crew at Maple’s Automotive. Received my car in excellent condition after getting tires, alignment and diagnostics. The crew took really good care of my aftermarket wheels, removing the old weights appropriately doing no damage, unlike most other shops in town. The work was performed in a timely manner, staff was polite, very fair on prices and willing to work with/listen to my concerns. I can’t brag on these guys enough. Highly recommend, will certainly return.

Did great work. Quick turn around and very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Communicated well with breakdown of pricing for which items and worked with me on figuring out all issues needing addressed. Would highly recommend.

Dropped my BMW off because it had a coolant leak. They diagnosed it as the water pump and replaced for $1300. They also told me it needed an oil change based on an old sticker and "the condition of the oil", despite it having been changed 3 weeks earlier. I got it home on a Thursday, drove it Friday, and noticed coolant leaking out of it just the same as before. I was out of town for a week but brought it back today and they are now saying its the radiator and want $2500 to replace. They are adamant that the water pump was really leaking, and that when it left on a Thursday there were no leaks at all, and that it was a completely new leak that sprung up, the day after it left the shop...

Professional and local. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday not scheduled and got it back the next morning. I would recommend Maples Automotive to anyone in need of maintenance or repairs
