Maplesville Service Center

Everyone I meet there was nice as they can be .I will definitely be back to let them work on my car

I have been in the automobile industry my entire life and all I can say is that 99% of repair facilities(dealers included) need to take lessons from these guys! Had an issue with my vehicle that I didn’t want to continue on my way without at least looking at myself from underneath, pulled in Maplesville Service Center in somewhat of a panic and I couldn’t ask for any better of an experience! If there were more stars I’d have clicked them too!

I have been to so many other service centers and I leave with more problems then what I go in with. But not here. I absolutely love these guys. They work fast, are to the point and are very reasonably priced on everything they do. They will continue to have my service.

If there was a zero I would use it. We were at the Chilton county rest area on US 82 and in the morning I noticed I was getting a flat on the back of my Camper Van. Leaking valve stem. We went to the Maplesville Service Center when they opened and the man there told me he could not fix it because his jacks were not rated for motor homes? This was a 22 foot camper van! You could tell by the way he said it that he was spitting in my face and calling it rain. He refused to fix it and I was forced to go 10 miles at 30 mph with one tire up on my left rear dually holding up traffic and irritating every driver on 22. When I get to the shop that fixed it (NO PROBLEM) they used the same cheap harbor freight floor jack that I have and have used on the van myself. Maybe it was because I was from ou

Friendly staff and eager to help me. Provided a loaner car for the day while my wifes van was being repaired. Price was very reasonable too. Ill definitely go back for more service.
