I would stay as far away from this company as possible. I picked this company to fix my rim because of the convenience where they came to my house to pick the wheel up for repair. This was a huge mistake. The only thing that was convenient was for them to disappear after they damaged my vehicle. The guy that came out put the jack in the wrong place causing my car to slip off the jack damaging the bottom of my Mercedes. He tried to down play it as a small piece fell off underneath, but as you can tell from the picture, a huge chunk was missing. DO NOT USE this company for anything. My tire blew and I contacted them around 9:50 pm. Daniel showed up within 10 minutes and after that is when the waiting game began. We were told that a guy was going to get the tire and be back within 30 or so minutes. It took 1 1/2 hours to return only for them to disappear again for hours because “the rim was bent”. We sat and waited for one tire to be fixed from 10 pm at night to almost 2 am!!!! We were quoted $175 - $375 when I called for the service only to be charged $600!!!!! Again- DO NOT use this business as it is shady and a total ripoff. We were given a number to text to get a receipt. Not acceptable.
