Charged $178.88 to fix the brakes in my husband’s car. We told them we wanted to know what was the issue. He bled the brakes….24 miles later brakes failed again so now we are stuck again. It is the master cylinder that is bad. Definitely not a real mechanic if you think that bleeding brakes resolves a master cylinder issue.

My mom, brother and I were on a road trip from Illinois when we started hearing a grinding sound in our breaks minutes before arriving at where we would stay the night. I looked up car shops in the area and I saw Mar’s had great reviews, so I called the next morning seeing if he could fix my breaks before I had to leave early the morning after. Marco took us in that afternoon and he was very helpful, patient, understanding. He fixed the breaks and even when we heard a different grinding afterwards, he clearly explained that it was a rust-preventing coating in the breaks and it would go away in a couple days. This shop is awesome. Came here when my check engine light came on. They were quick to diagnose (no wait), trustworthy and honest. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Simply recommended I get a new gas tank cap from a shop and replace it. Highly recommend them, they are amazing!
