Mar-Bar Tire Service

Was traveling to visit family and realized on NYE morning that my two front tires were failing prior to a 1,000+ mile drive home. These guys got me in right away and replaced my front tires ensuring I had a safe journey home. Absolute lifesavers and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I went in to have my a tire mounted and balanced. The gentlemen was polite and professional but the service was super slow. After sitting for nearly 1 hour, I was ask if I wanted to replace my tire sensor so that threw me. Then about 20 mins later I was told my the balancing is bumpy. After that now I've been there about 1 hour and 30 mins. I ask them to please mount my tire because I had to leave. 5 mins later they pull around with my care. I drove about 7 miles and something told me to check my tire and all of the lugs weren't all the way tighten. This could have been very dangerous. I've never in my life had a tire mounted and all of the lugs where tight or the tire wasnt properly mounted. This was horrible. I went back and watched them tight all the lugs. I will never do business with

Let me start by saying that generally, I like this shop and would normally recommend it, so I’ll give it a decent review; however, I did have a poor experience that I feel I should share. TL: DR I called days before to schedule a day to replace my tires and have a state inspection done. Calling in for an appointment doesn’t matter. It won’t be honored. I work night shift (I needed to be at work early this particular night, and this shop would be closed for the holiday the next two days), so I made an appointment days before to drop my car off at 7:30 a.m. I left work early to ensure I could drop it off when the shop opened. I made an appointment because I couldn’t just drop in and wait for my car. I had another appointment I needed to go to. I wasn’t aware this was necessary to inform t

Marbar Tire is the only place I’ll ever buy tires from. They always do an outstanding job and stand behind their work. The team is honest, dependable, and truly good people. Their workmanship and character are top-notch, and it shows in everything they do. You can tell they have strong values and a genuine faith in God. They treat everyone with fairness and respect. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my tires.

Im done. 3rd time is the charm. I used to buy all my tires here. Service just keeps getting worse and worse. Today i walked in to have some tire work done. No greeting. Thats fine. I go to the tire service counter. Make myself known. The service writer turns his back and picks up the phone. Ok, ill wait. I went over and sat down. The other service writer came up. Caught my eye and turned around and walked back where he came from. 15 minutes in. No hello, no we'll be with you in a minute. Nothing. Finally gets off the phone, looks over at me and calls a different customer up to the counter to talk. After 25 minutes i got up and left. Mar Bar tire apparently no longer needs my business, bet.
