Marc-1 Car Wash

Went to this wash a month ago. My experience there was great until today. I was charged a membership fee after I definitely told the female employee helping me that I did NOT need one because I don’t come often enough. I won’t be back to this wash even though they were always my first choice. But never again will I allow any car wash employees to select for me on the screen. I swiped my card because the total said I was paying for the wash and shine but I didn’t realize she signed me up for a membership. I never get a receipt but that’s my fault for being trusting.

I always bring my Turo car here and Marc-1 Car Wash never disappoints. The facility is clean, fast, and does a great job every time. Shoutout to Sam, who was especially helpful today — super professional, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. This is my go-to car wash in Montgomery. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Marc 1 Car Wash! From start to finish, the service was fast, professional, and thorough. My car looked absolutely spotless. I especially want to give a shoutout to Sam. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

This is my second time coming here! And i feel comfortable and safe while cleaning my car. The staff is extremely helpful. Briana was very professional and sweet young lady! I will definitely keep my monthly subscription and continue to come to this location.

This is my favorite car wash. I love that they provide everything from wiper fluid, to towels and cleaning products, along with air and vacuums. They really make it so easy. And every time I’ve been here they are so friendly ( shout out to Sasha!)
