Absolute horrible customer service. Was a customer for more then 5 years and instead of updating us with new information about how his business is being ran. He sends out a rude angry women to flee away the customer. No explanation, just saying no. Called twice and the women says you have the wrong number. Do not go here if you can go somewhere else, they charge 100.00 for exception stickers and give you a hard time while there.

This is a problem place. I came on one Sat, they said the machine doesn't work. Called next Friday, they said come at any time from 9-5, we will take without appointmen. Came next day at 9:00am, 2 cars were waiting for Inspection and they said that they all booked. Besides that they were very rude. Something wrong with that place

This place used to be great. The owner is very nice. But the new little fat girl that works here and acts like a thug is very disrespectful to customers. Was extremely rude. Hardly even answered any of my questions. Very low class. Unfortunately I will no longer recommend this place to my friends. It a shame how one bad employee can affect a business.

I took my car for inspection. My car had Fail before state inspection and I completed the repairs and someone recommend me this place cus they were good. The young guy and lady were friendly. Marco is not friendly and its all the time talking on the phone while working. Well at least when i was there. I was waiting for my car inspection since 10:15 am till 3:10 pm. I had to ask for my car and leave without inspection. They told me they i had to way because they needed to do the legal actual inspection procedures. Since all the other car coming they only seems to do emissions inspection. Cars were coming in and out like hot bread in a bakery. They never remove a tire and never lift any of the cars. But then again.... they wanted to do that with my car...such a disappointment of this place.
