I had a car that needed to be towed to my mechanic. The driver pulled up and wenched my car onto the tow truck as he should. He asked me what was wrong with the car and I was like a coolant leak. I told him not to drive it. When the driver got to my mechanics, all on video, he backed my car off the tow truck and revved the engine like an idiot in the parking space. My mechanic ran out of the shop and asked him what he was doing. He proceeded to call my mechanic derogatory terms. It went from a coolant issue to a whole timing belt issue. A lot of damage when he was told not to drive it. Then I call and ask for the manager or the owner and I called several days in a row and no return phone call. They are the absolute worst, thank God my mechanic has video of this because it’s totally unbelie

So i got my car towed due to an insurance mix up, I got pulled over by state troopers and, much to my dismay, was told that I would have to have my car towed. Not a good day at all but it could've been much worse. The tow driver Adam B was a good guy and he was able to bring my car to a private lot rather than have it impounded, so I could straighten out the insurance issue without worrying about excessive impound fees, etc. Sometimes it's their job to ruin someone's day, but Adam was decent about it, and tried to help me out in a tough situation.

Ethan was great, i had a flat tire but i wasn’t able to take it off. He came on time, went above and beyond he had all the necessary tools in his flat bad truck. Very professional and friendly service! I recommend this company everyone

I had the pleasure of dealing with one of the tow woman and I have to say she was perfect! She was very careful with the vehicle and made sure I felt my vehicle was in good hands 10/10 Would recommend!!

I am writing to report an unsettling incident involving one of your drivers in Plymouth this morning around 11:30-12:00 p.m. While I was legally yielding to oncoming traffic at a flashing yellow light, the driver began honking aggressively, pressuring me to proceed despite it being unsafe to do so. What makes this situation even more troubling is that my young son was seated in the back of my vehicle at the time. Following the incident at the light, the same driver continued to display reckless behavior by tailgating before he merged onto Route 44 from Commerce Way. This type of conduct is both unsafe and unprofessional, and I hope it is addressed promptly to help ensure the safety of other motorists and families on the road.
