The car wash scratched my car when an overhead pipe came loose and slid along the top of the car. I pulled out of the wash bay immediately and there was a scratch along the top of the car. No answer when I tried calling. I’ll take down this post if the issue is resolved.
This place is never opened. There are always cones in both bays!
Be aware. Yesterday we learned that The button for the lowest priced car wash charges $18 which is what the high end wash costs. You get a $14 short wash for $18 I tried calling. It’s a MA number and auto response and I didn’t bother leaving a msg. I miss the days when a human attended to tell about this big Snafu! I will be washing my own car from here on out. Marian you might not know this…. My partner who went thru a half hour ahead of me yesterday alerted me to see if my credit card was charged high amount and I checked. The high amount was charged for the low end wash costs I wonder if it’s swapped…
