The mechanics at this garage are good mechanics but more so good people, they were fair and didn’t try to rip me off unlike most of the shops in my area have done or tried to do to some extent , they diagnosed my new faulty alternator I got from autozone less than a month ago and even stayed late to install the replacement and only asked for an extra $20 on top of the quoted price and they put the cost of the diagnostic towards the labor of the repair. High recommended!

Don't even try to visit this place. You'll sorry The people are very rude and they offer services they can't even provide themselves. This place should be closed.

The pricing structure is so much higher then other work shops / mechanics would not recommend for the pricing and I tried to do the vehicle inspection and they added a false thing to it they said it would all cost 1300 dollars I was like what because I had 1 front partially damaged and 1 back light not working in my Nissan Versa and I needed a vehicle inspection too and just needed the spark plugs changed I was like no then they said 37 or something dollars for the inspection I was like ok gave them that went to another mechanic and did the same things for 500 dollars plus the other mechanic did another inspection of my car all that for 500 dollars while these guys were trying to charge me 1300 dollars

Dont agree with their pricing structure and parts cost but manager did help move my car to another shop. Manager did try to make amends / course correct after a bad experience. Note to the owner / manager: you CAN do better. Train your people on service writing with fair prices. If ypur parts are more expensive than the dealer no one will bring you their business. Also dont treat women like idiots on the off chance they did motorsports and worked in service at a dealer. Play fair.

Unfortunately have to update my review. The first time I had an inspection months ago I had no problems. Went back recently and they quoted me ~$800+ of parts and services be required for my car to pass inspection. This includes apparently replacing a windshield wiper. On my new car. That's garage kept and stored... Obviously I knew my windshield wipers were fine. I told them I would not be paying and they ended the inspection as a fail without even finishing it. I got the impression they thought I had a lot of money to spare and that I would just pay because my inspection was past due. Well, I went elsewhere and surprise, surprise... my vehicle passed inspection and had no issues. I don't recommend having your vehicle serviced here. Updated: Sep. 23 2024.
