Marin Collision exceeded all of our expectations! From start to finish, their communication was timely, clear, and professional. Every team member we interacted with was courteous and respectful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The pricing was fair, but the real standout was the quality of their work—our van looks absolutely brand new. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding. Another huge plus is their partnership with Enterprise. I was picked up right at the body shop when I dropped off my van, and later I was able to return the rental car directly at the shop. I had a really great experience at Marin Collision Center recently. My car was hit by a delivery truck (scraped driver side door and cracked mirror cover) and I took it into the shop for an estimate. Jessica (Estimator) and the service team were amazing! They handled communications and payments with the responsible party and did a wonderful job on the car. You can’t even tell that there was any damage. Highly recommend this shop to anyone! They’re really friendly, professional, and quick to respond. They were able to fix my car in a week and I was really happy with the results. I’ve attached some before and after photos below. Everything about Marin Collision Center is first rate. My MINI was hit, on the driver’s side, by a much larger car, cracking the headlight, removing the fog light & its housing, and bending or cracking brackets underlying the front and driver’s side bumpers. I was able to quickly get an appointment for a repair estimate. After Estimator Jessica Petri checked the car & took photographs, both my insurer, Chubb, & I received a detailed estimate of repairs — same day. Chubb approved the estimate, Ms. Petri made an appointment for me to bring my car back 2 business days later. The quoted repair time was 5 business days. My car was ready in 4 1/2 business days: fully repaired & detailed. I highly recommend Marin Collision Center for automotive repairs.
