John was extremely helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way with clear communication. He really went to bat for me to make sure quality OEM parts were used. The knowledgeable mechanics ran extensive diagnostics to know what was damaged and to make sure everything was fixed correctly. I was supposed to pick it up in 5 days and it was completed in 3. Lewis is nothing short of a consummate professional and an all-around pleasant guy who does the rarest thing these days: He keeps his promises. When he says he'll follow up with you or call you back, he will.
