Never go to this car lot they sell lemons and want u to fix it so they can come take it from u .they don’t work with people at all if u late 2 car note payment they will come get your car then while u paying your car note if u late the lady pocket the money talking bout it’s late fees I paid this pady 700$ she pocket 20$ each time u late reminds y’all it’s a 2 year car mean your car note will be biweekly every 2 weeks I was 1 month late y’all it’s 4 weeks n a month lmaoo how y’all come the car from my job I drive for metro the lady will call during your work hours known metro don’t play with phones transportation I drive she note my account I was working 4am -5pm they will be close by time I get off I would send email lady still note the account no answer like y’all they bs don’t go to

See I haven’t been to Pasadena lot since 2018 now I see why ! They sale lemons make you put this high ass down payment down just to give you a bs car ! 2 weeks after getting the car in January it was the breaks , alternator , battery … got that fixed now it’s the AC 🥹 brought a replacement just for it to work a week then back broke again.. I be late because I’m always fixing on the car.. which my mechanic told me the car had been in a wreck😭 but when I’m late I pay my balance in full on my next payment !!! Pasadena lots will never see me again after this shit ! I’m going back to Shabana ! Where they give warranty on your vehicle ! Mallory the office lady cool but that’s all the good I have to say

I never had a bad experience with Mario motors. Buying a car from them was an easy process! All his staff were nice and friendly every time I would call to make a payment. I would definitely go back and buy another car if I ever had to! 😬
