I can’t say enough great things about this shop. They did a phenomenal job on my car, dealt with the insurance company and delivered as promised. My car looks as good, if not better, than it did when I took delivery from the dealership. I had my car repaired here and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The paint job and door alignment were done absolutely perfectly – even better than I expected. Their customer service was excellent, always staying in touch and answering all my questions along the way. They returned my car spotless inside and out, and even included complimentary cookies and a signed card. I am more than impressed and truly grateful for their outstanding work! Dave you rock!! Your team is definitely one of a kind! From the moment I stepped in, I could tell you were a respectable man and one that keeps his word. Today, when I walked into the lot, I noticed my front passenger side (under the headlight) looked different. You guys took the time to patch it up even when I never asked. I was baffled. It changed my whole mood! That single act alone shows me that Dave is out here for his customers. He really cares and guess what guys it’s hard to find people like that. I have now had my car into Marion St. Auto Body twice for repairs (not my fault either time! lol!). They did a great job both times! They dealt with the insurance company and the rental car company for me. They kept me updated throughout the process and were very easy to talk to when I had any questions. The car looked like new both times when I got it back, inside and out. And, bonus -- they found an earring somewhere in the car that I had lost more than six months before!
