This is hands down the best auto shop in town. They're friendly, funny, honest, hard working, and they don't try to rip you off, even if you're a woman. Which a lot of shops are really bad about. Thrilled that we have them in our town! I recommend them to anyone. Top notch!

They quoted estimate was $300 they did the work plus some they never got my permission to do all they had to do was call me and get my go ahead first.then when I picked it up it was $733. I would recommend people take their business else where. I will.its like setting down for a steak ,you order off the menu a $20 steak ,eat it then when you go to pay they say you owed $70.

Car went in for O2 sensor replacement on a Wed was told it would be ready by Friday same week. $507 for oil change and spark plug, and gasket replacement, no O2 sensor replacement done period, he even said he didn't do it. Kelly was his name. Left shop Friday afternoon and my engine CAUGHT FIRE! literally made it 8-10miles (to Walmart complex) and used the red bull I was drinking and a bottle of water I thankfully had to extinguish fire! He had it towed back to shop and we picked up Monday. $214 for more work. Still no O2 sensor replacement. He worked on my muffler and claims that's why my engine all the sudden caught fire. He wants $60 for towing my car which I could have had done since I have AAA. lack of communication and poor work. I still have to have O2 sensor replaced. $700 plus for

My car has been sitting there for 3 weeks now. They claim they are gonna pull it in to look at it, yet it remains in the same spot. I'm having to borrow someone's car or find a ride to work everyday. My commute is 30 mins one way. But hey, what do they care? They aren't out a car for work.

I am so grateful to the guys here at Marion Tire Auto! I had an emergency on I-40 and they took care of me! Very friendly, real, people here! They aren't there to take advantage of you, that's for sure.
