This is an Amazing Family business! Our daughter was having issues with her vehicles transmission. Fear and frustration generally associated with high costs are unfortunate in the industry.. NOT AT MARIO'S!! They are very professional and detailed. Great diagnosis, test drive before and after and Amazing customer communication through all aspects of the repair. Price very reasonable with a solid warranty. Great find of this business that I would highly recommend! Great JOB GUYS! THANK YOU!

This is it. STOP now go no further. This shop is amazing. Let me start with the first time I called. I was greeted with a kind friendly voice that showed concern. She asked questions that no one asked. Why am I getting an alignment? Are your replacing any parts? When I arrived I was told the history of the shop ( that was really cool Houston history) and I met Mr. Mario. The shop is clean the waiting room is clean and doesn't smell like oil. Mr. Mario came out and explained everything to me and made it uderstandable. I'll be back. THANKS

Mario’s Transmission Shop did a great job on my Cadillac Escalade. The staff was friendly, professional and answered all my questions without talking down to me like other places that I called. They even picked me up once the work was completed. Great Place!
