I have been dealing with Tom, one of the service tech's, for the last 9+ years. I have never had a bad experience, and usually quite the contrary. I've also had dealings with the parts department a few times, and same thing there. If you own a Subaru, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark Miller Subaru service.

I have purchased 3 Subarus from Mark Miller over the past decade. The sales people have been courteous and truthful . The vehicles have been, and the last one still is, fantastic. HOWEVER, they have started sending out requests for service evaluations every time you even go in for routine service. Some of them will take you 10-15 minutes to complete. AND, if you don't fill in the blanks correctly, you cannot submit the evaluation,e.g. you MUST designate the person who serviced you. This is ridiculous.
