This dealership has done a full 180° and its amazing! I use to come here years ago but I felt like I was being taken advantage of so I stopped coming. I wasn't alone thankfully, their previous reviews had backed up my feelings of frustration. Today I had come to get an oil change and chose this dealership out of convenience, it was like I stepped into a whole new business. The maintenance manager was kind, full of energy and was ready to get my service started. He even helped pop a side panel back in for me without any additional cost which is a big plus! Their service prices have become absurd and my last visit resulted in several stripped studs. When I brought my car in to have them repair the damage they caused, they tried to blame it on my lug nuts (which I've used for years without issue) and kindly offered to sell me a new set for $120. At least they didn't charge me for the stud replacement.

Re-Mark-able Service - one of my tires was low on air. I stopped by without a scheduled appointment to the service department and asked for assistance within minutes, one of the service managers identified there was a staple in the tire. Because I had purchased the tires from them, He stated they could patch it up. They did and I waited in their customer service area. I had my dog with me and they allowed me to take her in. She was very calm and laid on the floor, but they were wonderful. They treated her with treats and a toy to entertain her and within one hour the issue was resolved. Validated my choice for Mark Miller Subaru! Service team is exceptionally courteous and professional all the time

Great Subaru dealership, service was awesome in and out quickly and they give free chef salad for lunch what a great deal. And free car wash. They do windshield replacement. Subaru is a great vehicle #1 for customer satisfaction for 2025

I was in the market for a Subaru and didn't know which model would be best but the team at Mark Miller Subaru really helped me pick the right one. Alex listened to my needs and wants and suggested not only the right model but the right body style. Then Ben answered all my questions and helped with showing me all bells and whistles when I test drove it. Keith was very professional at the end. The experience of buying a car was smooth and no pressure. Lastly, Josh did a great job helping me understand all the features of the Subaru and even help tailor the car to me and what I wanted it to do with its features.
