This place was amazing! Mark is a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way and was very responsive to emails. They did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Most vehicle repair shops wash the exterior of the car before it is picked up, but Mark Payne Collision DETAILED my interior as well! Great job!

Mark Payne Collision did an outstanding job repairing my 2024 Ram Limited. The whole team was great, but I have to give a special shoutout to April and Markus — they were awesome to work with! Communication was super clear the whole time, and they went out of their way to keep me updated and make things easy. They even handled everything with my insurance adjuster and got factory parts approved just like I asked — which wasn’t easy since they were about 3x the cost of aftermarket parts. That really says a lot about how much they care about doing the job right. My truck looks brand new again, and I couldn’t be happier. Mark Payne collision did an awesome job repairing my car after a bad hail storm. Car has not even had its first oil change yet so it was unnerving trying to find a shop to make the repairs.
