Mark Porter Chevrolet GMC

I normally don’t leave in depth reviews, but I feel like other buyers should be aware of my experience with Mark Porter Chevrolet GMC. I purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Duramax that was listed online. Before buying, I was sent photos and a walk-around video (no audio). Transport was delayed a couple of days, and when the truck arrived it already had an orange light on the dash and the engine sounded louder than I expected — but at the time I didn’t think much of it. Within a couple days, a friend asked why the engine sounded so loud, so I took videos of it. Shortly after that, the electronics began freezing and acting erratically. I took the truck to my local GM dealer, where I was told the engine and turbos were blown and that, in their opinion, this level of damage could not have happ

I have never been treated so good at a dealership. From Chris the salesman to Megan in finance, they were so welcoming and attentive. I traveled 3.5 hours to view the vehicle and it was so well worth it. Excellent place to do business with the absolute best staff there is. Will highly recommend doing business with this establishment.

Great experience. From start to finish Chris was great to work with and very accommodating. The transaction process as a whole was very smooth, and everyone at the dealership was friendly. My new truck was prepped and ready to go upon arrival. As long as I get my second key sometime in the near future I will have 0 complaints, and would highly recommend!
