Saw a truck there a couple of months ago that I was interested in. I talked to them and decided to take it for a drive. We negotiated some and I ended up buying the truck at a very reasonable price and it has been great. When I went to test drive the truck, the battery was dead. He charged it, but it wasn't clear whether the battery was going bad or if the last driver had left something on. He promised to replace the battery if anything happened within three months. This morning the battery was dead. I called and he remembered the truck and his promise. Had a new battery ready for me within an hour. Very helpful and true to his word. This review is long overdue, but well deserving of its 5 stars! After several unfruitful trips to the larger, Columbus adjacent dealerships, I was frustrated and beginning to worry that I wasn't going to be able to find the right kind of vehicle for my lifestyle and budget. My partner suggested looking a little closer to home, and I'm so glad I took the advice. Mark and Son were engaging and so helpful from the moment we stepped onto the lot. They listened to what I had to say, what I was looking for in a vehicle, and what my budget was. They in return, spoke to and treated me like an actual person, not just another sale to be made. Very friendly, down to earth and had intentions to buy from this lot but the car I was interested sold the day prior. These guys are pretty easy to work with and work with local banks which is nice if you are seeking that type of option. Check them out, its worth having a look around.
