Mark Sweeney Buick GMC

I got an excellent value on my trade, as well as a car priced right that fit my budget. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The only reason that it’s not a five star review is literally the day I signed for the car, there was a check engine light on because of the tire sensors. I called the dealership immediately and never received a call back, text, or anything which made me feel like the business was done and you were on your own. Which I can understand, it just didn’t give me that five star feeling that’s all.

My guy Brian took excellent care of me, i purchased an infiniti from them and he did way more than he needed to for me, excellent customer service all the way around 10/10 would recommend anyone to go to them if you’re looking for a car. Brian if you see this i appreciate you big time🤝🏼

My wife and I both bought vehicles vehicles last Saturday James took great care of both of us on our purchases . This was my 2nd purchase from Mark Sweeney Buick GMC and my wife's 1st. It was a pleasure. I would recommend Mark Sweeney to all our friends and family. We've never treated this good from any other dealership. I wanted to take a day to make sure I wanted to share this review. After a long day at work, I could've made a quick judgement. After processing my experiences, I felt that it was worth sharing. I currently own a GMC Terrain, and yesterday was simply wanting to schedule an oil change with the service department. When purchasing, it was something that they decided to throw in there as an incentive. I called and spoke with someone that was either extremely impatient or could not hear me. Either way, I was treated extremely rudely, and will never return for "free" oil changes or any other purchases. This is my fourth leased vehicle from Mark Sweeney Buick/GMC and I must say this buying experience was not like my last experience. My last experience I felt like it was “here just take this and be on your way”. As they say on the Price Is Right, a brand new car, but Rodney Allen went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle with the features I wanted. Rodney wasn’t alone I must say Scott Sweeney had a hand in things as well. Thank you both! I’m enjoying my new vehicle.
