Extremely disappointing experience. We spent 2–3 weeks working with the salesperson, finance rep, and sales manager on a new Bambi. Agreed on price. Placed a non-refundable deposit and they were very clear that if we backed out, we’d lose it. Then, after promising to follow up, we heard nothing. When we reached out, we were told the trailer had been sold to someone else due to a “system error.” So the deposit protects the dealer if the buyer changes their mind — but not the buyer if the dealer sells it out from under them? We’re from Canada and were repeatedly assured export paperwork was routine and “no problem.” After weeks of communication, that explanation doesn’t add up. I picked up an Aliner Scout yesterday. Salesperson was Tim Kaufman and Autumn helped us with all the documents, paperwork, etc. Both were knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with! Highest praises for them and the rest of the crew who helped us get it hitched up and on the road! This was a trade-in deal and I felt that the pricing on my trade-in and purchase price overall was fair. Eric Davis was our Sales Person when we bought our Airstream, little did I know, he was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he literally has a passion for Life and the Iconic Airstream process. My wife and I purchased a new Airstream here at MWA in October of 2024. The initial buying process went fairly smoothly. Sales person was helpful and always reachable. They also were okay with me putting together my hitch in their garage shop. I appreciated that. Unfortunately I ran into issues thereafter. There were a number of issues with the interior of the trailer that were not caught during my walkthrough. The problem began when my sales person didn’t go through the checklist that is provided to you in your paperwork. We went through basic things like opening windows, curtains, locating and using switches, exterior storage spaces and plugs. Kevin and Aaron and everyone else were so easy to work with, no issues at all working out a great deal with them. I would really recommend this dealership if you want a good and stress free deal on an RV.
