Always a pleasure to have my car serviced by Mark Wahlberg Buick. Service Representative Lenny is always pleasant and very helpful.

Mark in the service dept was greet to work with. Check-in & check- out was quick and efficient. He provided status updates during process. Overall a pleasurable experience

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced. I dropped it off at the dealership on 8/29. By 9/3 I hadn’t heard anything about it so I called, phone rang for 5 mins and nobody answered. On 9/4 I called back, when somebody finally answered I was immediately placed on hold and passed around to 3 or 4 different people until I actually talked to someone. Come to find out you had my car for a week and nothing was done to it. Didn’t get my car back until 9/9. No one bothered to call me in all that time with an update, I had to initiate every conversation. Honestly if this is the kind of service I can expect, I’ll find somewhere else to go.

Great service advisors. Love the text updates. Convenient with a shuttle, taking me to work and back if needed making it easier to maintain my Buick

I have had my vehicle serviced at this dealership since its purchase in 2013. I have consistently received stellar service from William Price and the service staff, as well as employees in sales and administration. All are pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful .... traits not obvious in other businesses today unfortunately. I recommend this dealership, and am happy to continue my relationship there.
