The team at Mark Williams offered excellent customer service and did a great job of repairing my wife’s vehicle. The color match was perfect and it looked like new after they were done.

There is so much to say about the team at Mark Williams Collision Center. As a parent, you never want that call. But when you do get it and your mind is prioritizing the next steps, it's extremely comforting to know there are shop's like Mark Williams Collision Center. My son was transported from the scene to get medical care and we didn't get to choose who picked up the vehicle. My son wasn't at fault and I was coordinating the calls to the insurance company, towing company, etc. We wanted the car at Mark's because they have always fixed our vehicles. I went to Columbia to get personal effects and document damage of the vehicle. Fixed my door I was very pleased with how it turned out. If I need body work again I'll definitely be going back here. 👍 P.S. I have a 2018 black Prius, a scratch was fixed, pinstripe redone, the job was absolutely done perfectly. Customer service was very nice and respectful.

Unfortunately, we've had 2 vehicles repaired there and they did such an AWESOME job that they are currently working on a 3rd car for another family member! Mark is definitely a man of his word and his team are GREAT to deal with. Most HIGHLY recommend!!!

VERY VERY disappointed. Our family has used Mark since before he started his own business. Never even thought of using anyone else. My daughter wrecked her Lexus, took it straight there. I was very patient waiting weeks for parts, When I went to pick it up only one of the two headlights were changed, no phone call to let me decide to change both. The battery was dead, door handle lock cover missing, just not what I expected. One week later I noticed a headlight out. I sent an email, no response. I called and was told they would have used the bulb that was already in the car they wouldn't replace it. My other daughter was hit by another driver last week, needless to say it will be going somewhere else.
