ABISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE... The guy Luis that is the one that answers the phone and arranges for the service of the vehicles doesn't keep you updated on the repairs, he told me to leave my car in there so they could find the problem... I left my car for the whole day,( it was dropped off around 10AM) well, I don't hear nothing that day, the next day I called to see what is happening, this is around 11AM then he tells me the problem is the started button that is not working properly, and he tells me it is going to be around 400.00 to change it... I thought it was too much money for that, but my vehicle was already there, and I couldn't take it out, because it had the starting problem... so I tell him to go ahead with the repair... by 3PM I call him to find out if they finished the repai

Fast same day service on a Saturday so I didn't haveto take a day off work. Radiator thermostat issue. Got the quote before I left my key. Professional. I will definitely bring my car back here.

This place is a scam do not bring your car here, they will mess up something else and say you need to replace because it's worn out to collect more money on your bill. The manager is very disrespectful and uses lots of profanity towards customers when it doesn't go his way. From a simple fix to owing hundreds of dollars. Beware of these mechanics in miami!
