My mom went to Jeff when she got two flat tires. As it turned out, Jeff didn't have her tire model in stock but he did some research and discovered that Costco had what she needed. He even called her to follow up after her car was towed to Costco to make sure he was ok. He went way above and beyond for someone who he knew wouldn't even be a customer. The bottom line is, Jeff is a truly good guy and I'm glad he was there to help .

I called with a few questions and Jeff took time at the end of the day to understand my questions and the details about my car and to make recommendations. He explained the reasoning for his recommendations and was very generous with his time. Professional and trust-worthy.

I've taken my cars to Jeff for twenty-some years. He is so professional, conscientious, caring, and reasonable. The tidiest shop in the bay area. Such a good guy.
