I came to Market Street Used Tires and Auto Service after a problem with a flat tire. I called around and I spoke to around 20 shops… But the majority of shops that I spoke with either weren’t upfront about their pricing, they were overpriced, or whatever led to me call the next place. From the first phone call with Mario—to walking into their shop... I was treated like a long time customer. What I loved most was no gimmicks, no beating around the bush, no trying to talk me into anything else, no trying to pressure me into anything that I didn’t specifically ask for. The price was fair and service was great and fast! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Best place in Wilmington for used and new tires. They had exactly what I needed and got me back on the road fast. Super professional and affordable. I won’t go anywhere else.

always reliable, reasonably priced, and professional. it’s not uncommon for shops to try to finagle women with extra services, but i have been coming here for years due to this never being the case. they take time to explain everything, visually show what is needed or what is wrong and they’re transparent with urgency of services. i had a minor, non-urgent issue that would run me upward of $300- the mechanic let me know this service wasn’t immediately dire to my cars wellbeing, instead of pressing me to get the service and shell out the cash. this is how good business is done. i’m now back here, fixing the non-urgent issue i can now afford, and more loyal to this great team! i would give 10 ⭐️ if i could

When I first moved to Wilmington, I had gone to a couple of different car shops and ended up with a terrible experience at all of them. I was recommended market street tire and auto and have now gone to them for anything and everything I need with my car. They are always quick honest consistent. They never try to overcharge me or upsell me. And they've even worked with me on what repairs are a priority and which ones aren't. I will always take my cars to market street tire and auto.
