Markquart Menomonie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat- Service Department

I took my 2011 jeep compass in to get a wheel alight, due to poor traction control in snow. I was told that they successfully did an alignment on all four of my tires, but after that they found three of my four lower control arms, one front two rear, were shifting during driving. They didn't provide any further details into what exactly was the problem, didn't quote a repair, didn't show me ths issue. Upon calling them a following day and talking to the service advisor listed on my paperwork, I was informed that neither of the two people I spoke to previously had worked on my car. There are supposed to be 8 bolts holding the skid plate under my truck. After the highly skilled mechanics at Markquart got done changing my oil, I'm left with 4. Absolutely pathetic.

I was traveling through Menomonie and my car battery died. After calling several places, Markquart was able to get me in right away so I could get back on the road. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Thanks for making a not so fun experience pleasant!
