I brought my truck in because the backup camera needed a good cleaning (it was blurry due to the condensation), I specifically told them that all it needed was a good cleaning. The screen would occasionally go black but that was not an issue to me. Well, my truck sat there for a week and it was not fixed. I was told my extended warranty did not cover fully for a replacement of the camera and I needed to pay 400+ dollars out of pocket so I told them I would not replace it. When I picked up my truck, the screen went completely black, they had made it worse. I also found a scratch on the passenger side door with blue paint (possibly from another vehicle). I made them aware of this and I was told that a manager would call me, I never got the call. And I still had to pay them $259+ for the diag

Had a great experience getting routine maintenance done on my pickup! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. They got me in and out faster than expected, and my truck drives better than ever. Really appreciated how they walked me through what they checked and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need.

I recently scheduled my truck for an oil change only, and made it very clear to the attendant that the tires were not to be rotated. However the completed work order indicated that the tire rotation had been completed anyway. In addition, I was charged $120 for a simple oil change. I’m afraid you have priced yourselves right out of my future business.
