Friendly and easy buying experience! So we’ve been searching for particular model class C motorhome ( Coachmen leprechaun 230fs) and came across one that was listed at Markquart Lake Hallie. I reached out online and quickly heard back from Garrett. He communicated well and gave me all the information that I needed. Most of the communication was done via email, video chat and phone call. As I was buying from out of state, over 1500 miles away. Needless to say it was a good experience. They were easy to deal with and made a cross country purchase as easy as it could be. Markquart staff made sure everything was ready to go as to make sure that my short time in the area was not wasted. WOW WOW WOW. Talk about a GREAT dealer. Mark is an easy guy to work with, talk too, super knowledgeable and helpful. Their service department went well above and beyond in their service. The gentleman who was giving me the delivery tour (who was also training two other gentleman) needs a HUGE raise. That man genuinely cared about my experience, my questions, and concerns. We had been to the RV expo the weekend before coming into the store, so we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for. Dave was the salesman who warmly greeted us at the door. He took us to the model we had seen at the show, went over everything about it with us, carefully listened to everything we were looking for in an RV, just to make sure there wasn’t another model we should consider. We all agreed, the model we had picked was the one for us. Dave walked us through the entire process with professionalism and ease. Introduced us to the rest of the staff and to the folks in the shop who would be prepping our RV for delivery, who also were top notch and professional. I called to ask their service tech Jeff Oliver return a call to me as he worked on our Aqua Hot boiler awhile back and was familiar with the unit. I have a question about the unit that he is familiar with as the repair bill was nearly 6k. I was told it was new policy to not allow contact or even ask them to have a tech return a phone call. I was told they want to bill for any information exchange between the customer and a tech and that I was welcome to schedule an appointment. The most polite response I can offer is that it's really not that simple to just bring in a unit. I would if I had to, but we don't know do we? An absurd policy that will prevent me from dealing with your firm. Especially after being a past customer paying top dollar labor rates. The only way I can respond to your r
